1. Information about our website

We provide information about Artist Cafe, including our food and drinks, opening hours, location, reservations, catering and music projects. We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, but menus, ingredients, prices, availability, opening hours, images and other details may change. Information on the website is general information and does not create a binding offer unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

2. Reservations

• A reservation submitted through the website is a request. It is not confirmed until Artist Cafe contacts you or otherwise provides confirmation.
• You must provide accurate contact and booking information so that we can respond to your request.
• If you need to change or cancel a request, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible on 020 7729 9066.
• We may be unable to accept a request because of capacity, opening hours, a private event, safety considerations or another operational reason.
• Please arrive at the agreed time. We may release a table after a reasonable period if we cannot contact you.

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a particular table, seating area or special arrangement unless we confirm it.

For large group bookings, private events, catering orders or special occasions, we may require a deposit or advance payment. We will confirm the amount, payment deadline, cancellation period and applicable refund terms before the booking is confirmed. Any cancellation charge or amount retained will be fair and proportionate to our reasonable losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Catering and event enquiries

Information submitted through the catering or contact pages is an enquiry only. Services, availability, menu, guest numbers, delivery or collection, price, payment terms, cancellation terms and other event details become binding only when confirmed in writing by Artist Cafe. A separate quotation or agreement may apply and will take priority over these website terms if there is a conflict.

4. Menus, prices and availability

We may update menu items, descriptions, ingredients and prices without notice. Items are subject to availability. Photographs are illustrative and presentation may vary. Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT.

5. Allergies and dietary requirements

Please tell a member of staff about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering and include relevant information in a reservation or catering enquiry. Our food and drinks are prepared and handled in an environment where allergens are present. We take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Website menu descriptions are not a substitute for speaking with staff. Ingredients and suppliers can change, so please request current allergen information when you visit or before confirming catering.

6. Alcohol

Alcohol is supplied only where legally permitted and may be refused in accordance with licensing law and our responsible-service obligations. You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol.
